Cancellation Policy

• You should send Cancellation requests via email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

• In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

• From the date of booking until 41 days before your arrival, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.

• Amidest 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.

• Among 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.

• Indicate 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.

• Set forth 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Emergency Cancellation Policy

• Egypt Safari Tours offers a very flexible cancellation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and destination. We, at Egypt Safari Tours, prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason. We adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values.

Refund

• Please note that any deposit paid is non-refundable in cash in the event of cancellation. However, the full amount of the deposit will be credited as Future Business, which can be used within 1 year from the date of cancellation.

• The Future Business credit can be used either by the person who made the booking, or transferred to a friend or first-degree relative (such as a spouse, parent, sibling, or child), with written confirmation from the original booking holder.
